Blackstone Motors Extends Sponsorship Deal with Louth GAA for Another Three Years
In a significant boost for Louth GAA, Blackstone Motors has announced the renewal of its mobility sponsorship with the county for an additional three years. The deal, which marks the company’s largest sponsorship to date, will see Blackstone Motors continue to supply essential vehicles to support the county’s GAA efforts.
As part of the agreement, Blackstone Motors will provide a brand new Renault Trafic van dedicated to transporting training supplies and kits. In addition, the management team and captain will benefit from three Renault Arkana cars, ensuring they have reliable mobility throughout the season.
Noel Stewart, Managing Director of Blackstone Motors, expressed his enthusiasm about the ongoing partnership: “This is our biggest sponsorship to date, and we are delighted to be part of how Louth GAA has grown in strength over the past few years. It’s a fantastic feel-good story that we want Blackstone to be a part of, and we hope the whole county gets behind Ger, Sam, and all the team for the new campaigns.”
The renewal comes on the heels of a remarkable season for Louth GAA under the leadership of Ger Brennan. The team’s impressive run in 2024 culminated in reaching the All-Ireland quarter-finals at Croke Park, showcasing the growing potential of Louth GAA.
Donal Waters, Director of Blackstone Motors, shared his pride in the partnership: “It’s amazing on match day, seeing our name and logo on the back of all the Louth shirts. It makes us all very proud. Both my children play GAA and are mad Louth GAA supporters, so it’s brilliant to be associated with the county through our company’s sponsorship. We wish Ger and the team the very best.”
Louth GAA is equally thrilled with the continued support from Blackstone Motors. County Chairperson Seán McClean highlighted the importance of the partnership: “Louth GAA has enjoyed a hugely successful period during the first term of our association with Blackstone Motors, and we hope that this will be repeated in the years to come. They are a huge sponsor and supporter of local sport across Co. Louth, and we are delighted that they have decided to expand this further by teaming up with us once again.”
As Louth GAA gears up for new campaigns, the renewed sponsorship with Blackstone Motors is set to play a crucial role in supporting the team’s ongoing development and success.
