Ardee News and Sport – Brennan Makes Two Changes as Louth Prepare for Roscommon Clash
Allianz Football League Division 2 Louth v Roscommon
Louth manager Ger Brennan has named his starting fifteen for this Sunday’s crucial Allianz Football League Division 2 encounter against Roscommon at the Integral GAA Grounds (formerly the Gaelic Grounds), Drogheda. Throw-in is at 2pm.
Following their impressive opening-round victory over Westmeath, Brennan has made two changes to the team, aiming to build on their positive momentum. Peter Lynch moves to full-back, stepping in for Dermot Campbell, who drops to the bench. Conal McKeever comes into the side at right half-back, adding fresh energy to the defensive line.
Midfield also sees a shake-up, with Tommy Durnin earning a starting role after making a strong impact off the bench in Mullingar. He replaces Conor Grimes, who misses out this time.
Louth will be looking to make it two wins from two as they take on a Roscommon side yet to announce their lineup. With home advantage and a solid performance last weekend, the Wee County will be eager to put down another marker in Division 2.
