IWG to Open Two New Office Sites in County Louth

International Workplace Group (IWG), a leading office-sharing company, has announced plans to open three new locations in Dundalk, Drogheda, and Clones, expanding its presence across County Louth and Monaghan.

The new offices in Dundalk and Drogheda will open in the coming months, while the Clones location in Monaghan is slated to open towards the end of the year. These offices will operate under partnership agreements with local building owners.

IWG, known for its brands Spaces, Regus, and HQ, manages approximately 4,000 locations worldwide. The Drogheda office will operate under the Regus brand, occupying the 7,300 sq ft Bru Digital Hub in the town center. The Dundalk and Clones offices will be branded under IWG’s HQ line.

Mark Dixon, Chief Executive of IWG, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating that Ireland is a “fantastic place” to grow the company’s footprint. “We are very pleased to work in partnership with David Courtney in Dundalk and Drogheda, and Barry J Aughey in Clones under management agreements that will add cutting-edge workspaces to their buildings,” Dixon said.

Earlier this year, IWG opened offices in Donnybrook and Blanchardstown and is set to launch another in Blackrock in August. New offices are also planned for Clonmel and Limerick in the near future.
