
Ryanair Recruitment Drive Brings Cabin Crew Jobs to Louth
€2,000 incentive offered as airline seeks 100 new staff
Ryanair has announced a major recruitment drive across Ireland, with County Louth among the key locations where job seekers can apply for cabin crew roles ahead of the airline’s expanded Summer 2026 schedule.
The airline is recruiting approximately 100 cabin crew for its Dublin Airport base as part of its long-term growth strategy, which aims to carry 300 million passengers annually by 2034.
As part of the recruitment campaign, Ryanair is offering a €2,000 incentive, paid in instalments, to candidates who successfully join a training course before Summer 2026.
Recruitment Events Coming to Drogheda and Dundalk
Ryanair will host two in-person recruitment events in County Louth during February, giving local job seekers the opportunity to apply and interview on the day.
The Louth recruitment events will take place at:
- Wednesday, February 4 – The Mill, Drogheda
- Tuesday, February 10 – The Imperial Hotel, Dundalk
All events begin at 10.30am, and applicants can attend without a prior appointment.
No Previous Experience Required
Ryanair has confirmed that previous cabin crew experience is not required, with full training provided for successful candidates. Training courses are scheduled to take place in February and March.
The airline says the roles may appeal to those seeking a career change, people returning to the workforce, or anyone interested in customer service and aviation careers.

- Athlone, Co. Westmeath – February 17
- Naas, Co. Kildare – February 18
