Terraced House Development Approved by Louth County Council
A new terraced house development has been approved by Louth County Council in Collon
Planning permission has been granted for a development on Ardee Street in Collon. A project involving six two-storey terraced houses has received the green light from Louth County Council.
The local authority recently approved the planning application for the development at Ardee Street, Collon, Co Louth. Silvervale Developments Ltd. will be carrying out the construction.
The planning permission includes 11 conditions. Notably, all service cables (such as electrical, telecommunications, and communal television) must be located underground. The developer must also provide ducting to facilitate broadband infrastructure within the development.
Additionally, the developer is required to complete an Archaeological Impact Assessment (AIA) before any work begins.
