Ann Rigney (née Quinn), of 4 Tower View, Ardee and late of Monaghan Town, passed away peacefully at home on July 7th, 2026, surrounded by her family.
Beloved wife of John and loving mother of Alison and Louise (Gary), Ann was predeceased by her parents Dympna and Pat. She will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sorrowing husband, daughters, grandchildren Caleb and Olivia, her brothers John (Clair), Paul (Sinead), and Colm; her aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, colleagues, neighbours, and friends.
Funeral Details:
Ann will repose at her home (A92 N998) on Wednesday, July 8th, from 12:00 noon until 8:00pm.
Removal will take place on Thursday morning, July 9th, walking to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10:00am, which can be viewed live via the link below. Burial will follow in Ballapousta Cemetery.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to NECRET via their website.

Brigid (Breda) McCague passed away peacefully at her daughter’s residence.
Predeceased by her husband Francie, her son Paul, her granddaughter Jessica, and her great-grandson Freddie Francis, Breda was the loving mother of Luceille, Mark, Alan, and Marcella. She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her children, her son-in-law Patrick, her grandchildren Dylan, Michaela, Saoirse, Thomas, Eileen, Emer, Patrick, Anna, Dean, Niamh, and Lucy; her great-grandchildren Madison, Daithi, AubreyKate, Kendall, Skylar, and Sophia; her sister Kathleen; her brother Raymond; her sister-in-law Marie; and her many nieces, nephews, extended McCague family, neighbours, friends, and all who knew and loved her.

Reposing at Dixon’s Funeral Home, Maxwell Row, Bridge Street, Dundalk (A91 PV07), on Tuesday, July 7th, between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
