Get Active This Summer: Join Ardee & District A.C. Juveniles!

Ardee & District A.C. is in full swing for the summer Track & Field season, and they are calling on all young athletes to get involved.
Ardee & District A.C. Juvenile Athletics Club

If you are looking for an exciting way to get your children moving, meeting new friends, and learning valuable skills, the Ardee & District A.C. Juvenile summer programme is the place to be.

Training Sessions

The club is currently hosting training every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at “The School Field” on Drogheda Road. Whether children can attend both sessions or just one, all are welcome to join the fun.

Training focuses on core athletic skills, including:

  • Sprinting
  • Long jump
  • Hurdles
  • Turbo javelin

Ages and Eligibility

Ages 5 & 6: A high-energy introduction to athletics that runs until August (Parents are required to stay on-site during the hour).

Ages 7+: (Includes children turning 7 this year) Training twice a week to maintain fitness and develop athletic sharpness.

Mark Your Calendars: Sports Day

The club is building toward a major highlight on the calendar: the annual Sports Day on August 16th. Organisers are hoping for a record turnout and are encouraging new members to join the club now to gain confidence and ensure they are fully prepared for the big day.
