The death has occurred of
Rose Kavanagh (née Mohan)
Dromiskin, Co. Louth
Rose Kavanagh (née Mohan), of Church View, Dromiskin, passed away peacefully on April 13th, 2026, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Predeceased by her husband John, her son Paul, and her sister Rita. Rose is dearly missed by her children John, Margaret, Peter and Joanne, her grandchildren Rachel, Jordan, Dylan, Shauneen, Darren and Baby Naoíse-Rose, her brothers and sisters, and her extended family and friends.

Funeral Details:
Reposing at her home for family and neighbours on Tuesday from 2pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10:15am to St. Michael’s Church, Darver, for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

House private to family and neighbours only, please.

Theckla Keeley (née McArdle)
Drogheda, Co. Louth
Theckla Keeley (née McArdle), of Wheaton Hall and formerly of Beamore, Drogheda, passed away peacefully on April 11th, 2026, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents Mick and Kitty. Theckla is dearly missed by her husband Terry, children Ruth, Paul and Fiona, son-in-law Ray, Ruth’s partner Tom, her grandchildren Adam, Niamh, James, Rebecca and Dylan, siblings Jimmy, Mike and Rita, and her extended family and friends.

Funeral Details:
Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, on Monday from 5pm to 8pm. A private celebration of Theckla’s life will take place for her family and close friends.

The family requests consideration for residents when parking near the funeral home.

Malachy (Mal) Reilly
Drogheda, Co. Louth
Malachy (Mal) Reilly, of Brookville Park and formerly Pearse Park, Drogheda, passed away peacefully on April 11th, 2026, under the care of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Predeceased by his wife Rosaleen and several family members. Mal is dearly missed by his daughter Hilary, son-in-law Stephen, daughter-in-law Martha, his beloved grandchildren Megan, Conor, Tara and Charlie, siblings Sean, Martin and Cepta, and his extended family and friends.

Funeral Details:
Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 11:45am in the Augustinian Church, Shop Street, followed by cremation at Dardistown Crematorium at 2pm.

Family flowers only; donations, if desired, to Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. The family requests consideration for residents when parking near the funeral home.
