A new application has been received for a bespoke residential development in Paughanstown, Dunleer. The project is currently at the “New Application” stage following its submission on April 15th, 2026.

  • Infrastructure: Installation of a new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area.

  • Infrastructure: Installation of a waste water treatment system and a specialized sand polishing filter.
  • Status: New Application.

Public Observation & Decisions

Under standard planning regulations, the public has a five-week window from the date the application was received to submit observations or objections to Louth County Council.
