Louth Library Service, in partnership with Age Friendly Louth and Louth PPN, is offering free beginner digital skills classes at Dunleer Library every Tuesday throughout May — starting May 5th. No experience needed, and places are limited, so booking early is advised.
Whether you want to get more from your smartphone, stay safe online, or simply understand what everyone means when they talk about Artificial Intelligence, these four sessions offer a relaxed and supportive space to learn at your own pace.

What You’ll Learn Over the Four Weeks
No prior experience is necessary. The course covers a practical range of topics designed for everyday life:
- Device Mastery: How to get the most from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- Introduction to AI: A plain-English, jargon-free guide to understanding Artificial Intelligence.
- Online Safety: Essential tips on protecting your personal information while browsing.
- Scam Awareness: How to spot and avoid phishing attempts, online scams, and misinformation.
