Olive Conlon (née Finegan)
Blackrock, Co. Louth
Olive Conlon (née Finegan), of Beech Park, Blackrock, passed away peacefully on May 14th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
The beloved wife of the late John, Olive was also predeceased by her parents Matthew and Ellen, her brothers Jack and Kevin, and her sisters Emily and Aileen. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her children Frank, Aileen, Catherine, John, and Kevin, her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her 13 cherished grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and a wide circle of extended family, neighbors, and friends.
Funeral Details:
Reposing at her home on Saturday from 2pm until 8pm. Removal on Sunday afternoon at 1:40pm, proceeding on foot to St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock, arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in St. Fursey’s Cemetery, Haggardstown.
The family extends their sincere gratitude to Olive’s carers, Dr. Sarah O’Brien, and the dedicated staff of Blackrock Abbey Nursing Home and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
