Paddy McEntegart
Drogheda, Co. Louth
Paddy McEntegart, of Moneymore, Drogheda and formerly of St. Finian’s Park, passed away peacefully on May 15th, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.
Predeceased by Dinah and Theresa, and his son Patrick, Paddy was a loving father to Christina, Joe, Caroline, Tina, Fiona, and Robert. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his daughters, sons, their partners, his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his brothers Michael and Martin, and his sisters Marie, Jean, Lillian, and Angie. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, and friends.
Funeral Details:
Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, on Monday from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday afternoon at 1pm in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, followed by a private cremation ceremony at Dardistown Crematorium. The Mass can be viewed live via the parish webcam.
Family flowers only, please; donations, if desired, to the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre, Drogheda. Those attending the funeral home are kindly requested to be considerate of local residents when parking.
