Late of Clondalee, Hill of Down, Co. Meath and Convent of Mercy, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
Sr. Emmanuel (Criss) Gilsenan passed away peacefully on June 30th, 2026.
Predeceased by her sister Maureen, brother Shay, and her niece Assumpta, she will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Mary, her nieces and nephews, the Sisters of Mercy (Tullamore, Drogheda, Laytown, Trim, USA, and Northern Branch), and her many relatives and friends.
Funeral Details:
Reposing in the Convent Chapel, Tullamore, on Thursday evening, July 2nd, 2026, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm, with Evening Prayer at 5:30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, July 3rd, at 10:00am in the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore. Burial will follow in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore. The Mass can be viewed live via the Tullamore Parish Webcam link below.

Rory McCabe, in his 87th year, of School Lane, Dunleer, Co. Louth and late of Garballagh, Duleek, Co. Meath, passed away peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his family.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Jane (née McGuinness), his brothers Patsy, Chris, and Brendan, his sister Elizabeth (in infancy), his sister Mary (Clarke), and his son-in-law André, Rory will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by his daughters Carol and Deirdre and their mother Patty; his granddaughter Ashley and her husband Romain; his grandson Fergus; his great-granddaughter Malone; his sister Celia (Moriarty); his brother Dick; his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, and friends.

Rory will repose at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (A92 V38H), on Friday, July 3rd, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
Removal will take place on Saturday morning, July 4th, to Saint Brigid’s Church, Dunleer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:00am, which can be viewed live via the parish webcam link below. A Committal Ceremony will follow in Glasnevin Crematorium at 2:30pm, which can also be viewed online.

David Moran, of Lisnaree, Avenue Road and formerly St. Nicholas Avenue, Dundalk, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully in the tender care of the ICU staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his beloved mother Maura (née Kindlon) and his father Tom (September 2025), David was deeply loved and will be forever missed by his heartbroken wife Aoife; his brothers Tommy and Niall; his sisters-in-law Zita, Catherine, and Marie; his brothers-in-law David and Niall; his mother-in-law Marie; his nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, his much-loved dog Noodles, neighbours, friends, and by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Reposing at his home, Lisnaree (A91 V1D1), on Thursday, July 2nd, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.
Removal will take place on Friday morning, July 3rd, at 10:30am, driving to St. Nicholas’ Church (A91 FK19), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:00am, followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery (A91 F598).
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the Doctors, Nurses, and staff of the Intensive Care Unit at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for the outstanding care, kindness, and compassion shown to David and the family.
