Mark McCabe, of Wolverhampton, England and formerly of Dublin Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, June 15th, 2026.
Beloved father of Sam, Samuel, and Elizabeth, son of Eugene and Sarie, and brother of Alan and David, Mark will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken family.
He is also deeply mourned by his sisters-in-law Alison and Treasa, his nephews, nieces, extended family, and a wide circle of friends in both England and his home town of Dundalk.
Funeral Details:
A cremation service will be held in Wolverhampton, England at a later date. Enquiries to Shevlin’s Funeral Directors.

Ard Na Mara, Blackrock / Formerly Anne Street, Dundalk, Co. Louth
Gerard P Goodman (Gerry), of Ard Na Mara, Blackrock and formerly of Anne Street, Dundalk, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully on June 17th, 2026, in the loving and tender care of the staff at Blackrock Health Hermitage Clinic.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Sally in December 2023, his parents Peter and Eileen, and his brother Paddy, Gerry was the loving father of Barry, Paul, and Ruth. He will be sadly missed and remembered with deep affection by his heartbroken family.
He is also deeply mourned by his daughters-in-law Aileen and Kellie; his son-in-law Boris; his adored grandchildren Emma, Noah, Zach, Felix, and Leon; his sister Marie; as well as his extended family, relatives, neighbours, and many dear friends.

Reposing at his home in Ard Na Mara, Blackrock (A91 X3D4) on Friday evening, June 19th, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning, June 20th, at 10:30am in St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock. A private cremation service will take place afterward. All enquiries to Oisin and Rosemary Rogers, McGeoughs Funerals.
The family residence remains strictly private outside of the public reposing hours, please. No flowers by request.

Paul O’Kane, of Bóthar Maol, Blackrock and formerly of Slieve Foy Park, Muirhevnamor, Dundalk, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, with his loving family by his side.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret, son Patrick, parents Patrick and Hannah (Belfast), brothers Eugene and Maurice, sister Sr. Patricia, and son-in-law Johnny Hutchinson, Paul was a wonderful and loving dad to Anna and Mickey, and a beloved partner and best friend to Agnes McCusker. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his heartbroken family.
He is also deeply mourned by his daughter-in-law Leeanne; his adored grandchildren Mairead, Claire, Seana, Ciaran, Orla, Adam, Conor, and Caragh; his treasured great-grandchildren; his brother Fergus; his sister Collette; his sisters-in-law Rita and Phyllis; as well as his nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, and many dear friends.

Reposing at his home, Bóthar Maol, Blackrock (A91 RX67) on Thursday evening from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Friday from 2:00pm until 8:00pm.
Removal will take place on Saturday morning, June 20th, leaving the house at 10:40am and driving to The Church of The Holy Family, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:00am. The Mass can be viewed live online via the parish webcam. Burial will take place afterward in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, with the cortège driving via Slieve Foy Park, Muirhevnamor. Anna Coughlan (née O’Hagan), of Terenure, Dublin 6W and formerly of Dundalk, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully in her 96th year, surrounded by her loving family on June 17th, 2026.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Seán (John), Anna was the deeply loved mother of Sheila, Deirdre, Breda, Emer, and Colm. She will be very sadly missed and always remembered by her heartbroken family.
She is also deeply mourned by her adored grandchildren Karen, Ciara, Seán, Georgia, Amelia, Kevin, Aoife, Ellen, Seán, Matt, and Daragh; her sons-in-law Robin, Darby, Cronan, and Paul; her daughter-in-law Paula; her sister-in-law Ally; as well as her nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, many friends, and her beloved dog Poppy.
