Martin McQuillan, of The Dales, Clogherhead, Co. Louth, passed away suddenly at home.
Beloved husband of Bridain (née Harmon) and loving father of Lee and Keane, Martin was predeceased by his mother Kitty, his uncle Dermot, his parents-in-law Kieran and Kathleen, and his niece Abbie. He will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife, sons, father Tommy, daughters-in-law Ashlean and Kayleigh, granddaughters Laurynn and Fiadh, his sister Gillien, his brothers Bernard and Darren, his brothers-in-law Shaun and Kieran, his sisters-in-law Anne and Mary-Rose, as well as his aunts, uncle, cousins, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, friends, and his beloved pets Stan and Kash.
Funeral Details:
Martin will repose at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (A92 V38H), on Wednesday, July 1st, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
Removal will take place on Thursday morning, July 2nd, to St. Michael’s Church, Clogherhead, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:00am. The Mass can be viewed live via the church webcam link below. Burial will take place afterward in St. Denis’s Cemetery.

Sunday’s Gate, Drogheda, Co. Louth
Mickey Corbally, of Sunday’s Gate, Drogheda, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully at the Louth County Hospital, Dundalk, on June 28th, 2026, surrounded by his loving family after a long illness bravely borne.
Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Matthew, his brothers Phil and Jack, his sister Mary, his sons-in-law Eddie and Alan, and his grandson David, Mickey was the beloved husband of Lilly and the loving dad to Mary, Caroline, Madeleine, and Ann-marie. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, daughters, sons-in-law Mike and Paul, Ann-marie’s partner Colin, his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister Margaret, as well as his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.
Funeral Details:
Reposing at his home on Tuesday, June 30th, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday morning, July 2nd, at 11:00am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Drogheda, which can be viewed live via the website link below. Burial will take place afterward in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
