Marina Lee (née Johnston), of Highfield, Drogheda and formerly of Dublin, passed away peacefully on May 7th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.
Beloved wife of the late Michael. Marina will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and her extended circle of family, neighbours, and friends.
Funeral Details:
Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, on Saturday from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday morning at 11am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, followed by burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
The family requests consideration for residents when parking near the funeral home.

Betty Bourton (née Gallagher), of Manydown Close, Dundalk and formerly of Carrigallen, Co. Leitrim, passed away peacefully on May 7th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at the Louth County Hospital.
Beloved wife of the late George. Betty will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her brother, sisters-in-law, and her extended circle of family, neighbours, and friends.
Funeral Details:
Reposing at McGeoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn Street, on Friday from 4pm until 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10:40am, walking to St. Joseph’s Redemptorist Church for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
Family flowers only; donations, if desired, to the North Louth Hospice.

Karl Bowden, of Saint Mary’s Villas and formerly of Pearse Park, Drogheda, passed away unexpectedly on May 5th, 2026.
Karl will be sadly missed and forever loved by his heartbroken parents, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and his extended circle of family, neighbours, and friends.

Reposing at her residence on Friday and Saturday from 2pm until 9pm. Removal on Sunday morning at 11:15am, arriving at St. Laurence’s Church, Omeath, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
