New Louth County Council Customer Hub Allows Public to Report Potholes and Issues Online
People in Ardee and across County Louth can now report potholes, faulty street lights, abandoned vehicles and other issues online through a new Louth County Council Customer Hub.
Louth County Council has launched the new online platform which it says will make it easier for the public to report issues, request services and make payments through a single online account.
The council said the new system will provide access to a growing range of more than 1,100 council services in one central place.
17,000 Enquiries Each Month
Louth County Council said it currently handles an average of 17,000 customer enquiries every month and the new system is designed to help manage this demand more efficiently while improving response times.
Members of the public can now report local issues such as potholes, pay parking fines and submit service requests through the new centralised system.
System Replaces Old Platform
The new Customer Hub replaces the council’s previous customer management platform, with additional features expected to be added over time.
Cathaoirleach of Louth County Council, Cllr Seán Kelly, said the new system is a positive development for the people of Louth and will make it easier for the public to engage with the council.
Chief Executive David Conway said the launch of the hub is part of the council’s plans to modernise services and improve customer experience through expanded digital services.
What You Can Report Online
- Potholes
- Faulty street lights
- Abandoned vehicles
- Illegal dumping
- Parking issues
- General service requests
The council says more services will continue to be added to the Customer Hub over time.
