Colette Banks (née Sherlock), of School Lane, Dunleer, Co. Louth and late of Kimmage, Dublin, passed away suddenly but peacefully at her home.
Predeceased by her parents Frances and Daniel, her daughter Danielle, and her granddaughter April, Colette was the beloved wife of Jack and the loving mother of Corinne and Grahame. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her heartbroken family.
She is also deeply mourned by her son-in-law Conor; her daughter-in-law Katie; her stepsons Craig and Sean; her stepdaughters-in-law Emma and Caroline; her cherished grandchildren Carson, Cody, and April; her brothers Jim and Sean; her sisters Vera, Marie, and Catherine; as well as her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours, and many dear friends.

Reposing at her home (A92 N725) on Thursday evening, June 11th, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
A Committal Ceremony will take place in Glasnevin Crematorium on Friday morning, June 12th, at 10:30am. The service can be viewed live online via the Glasnevin Cemetery webcam link.

Kevin Mackin, of Dromiskin Village, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully at his home on June 9th, 2026, surrounded by the love and support of his devoted family.
Predeceased by his beloved husband Anna (née Coleman), and his brothers and sisters Mickey, Paddy, Maggie, Mainie, and Tommy, Kevin was the cherished father of Maria, Kenny, Seán, Kevin-Barry, Joanne, Lorna, and Fiona. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his heartbroken daughters and sons.
He is also deeply mourned by his sons-in-law Aidan, Brian, and Joe; his daughter-in-law Sheila; his much-loved grandchildren Adam, Cian, Wayne, Aaron, Oisín, Kevin, Laura, Shauna, Susan, and Dominic; his sister Nancy; as well as his nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, and many dear friends.

Removal will take place on Friday morning, June 12th, leaving the house at 10:30am and walking to St. Peter’s Church, Dromiskin, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Burial will take place afterward in Darver Cemetery. All enquiries to Oisin and Rosemary Rogers, McGeoughs Funerals.
